Booking Policy

 

Deposit

 

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the total price of the reservation. Prices are inclusive of all charges excluding tourist tax.

 

Day tax

 

The tourist tax is €1.05 per day and per person from 18 years old for the rooms of the Château Réal and 4% of the amount of your stay for La Dépendance and the studios of the Villa Réal.

 

Schedules

 

Check-in/Check-out: 5 p.m./11 a.m.

Liability of minors

 

You are responsible for your children around the swimming pool and near the road.

Under-age children must not remain in the Château Réal, La Dépendance, the grounds or La Villa Réal without their parents being present.

 

Rules

 

Animals are not permitted.

 

In the rooms of Château Réal, it is forbidden to consume foodstuffs or drinks (except water) not originating from the establishment.

 

After 10pm, in order to respect the peace and quiet of everyone, we ask you to keep outside noise to a minimum.

 

You will be able to access the wifi free of charge using the code given to you on arrival. Illegal downloading is prohibited.

Legislation

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of contracts for the provision of accommodation services (other than residential accommodation), goods transport services, car hire, catering or leisure activities which are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Consequently, bookings made for Le Château Réal are not subject to any right of withdrawal.

Disputes

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning ‘the consumer dispute mediation process’, after contacting us and failing to receive a satisfactory response, you may, free of charge, initiate a consumer mediation procedure with:
